For guests looking to enjoy a scenic trip to Montauk, ferries are available from various locations in New England, including New London, CT, and Block Island, RI.

From Massachusetts, you can drive to New London and take the ferry to Orient Point (North Fork). You can then drive 10 minutes to Greenport to take the Shelter Island Ferry which gets to Sag Harbor. You can then drive to Montauk (about a 30 minute drive). Your car can go on both ferries if you purchase a car ticket. If one ferry is enough for you, you can drive from Orient Point to Montauk (around the fork and east) which is 1 hour and 45 minute drive.

If you're not bringing a car, you can look into the Block Island Fast Ferry options.
